Where I Practice: I am licensed in NY, CA, and CT and am currently based in NY. As such, telehealth/remote evaluations are offered year round in all three states. In-person testing is available all year in NYC and Long Island with limited in-person testing available in both CA and CT on a more limited basis.
If you're ready for the next step, the best place to begin is by submitting a Client Inquiry Form. This form gathers some basic information about what's bringing you, or your loved one, in and the type of evaluation or consultation you're seeking. I personally review every inquiry, and your responses help guide next steps, whether that’s a brief discovery call, a full intake consultation, or another appropriate option.
