Insurance-Based and Low Cost Mental Health Resources
Providers & Group Practices that accept Insurance
Mental health providers and group practices that accept one or more insurance plans. This section is intended to help individuals and families identify care options that may be more financially accessible, though coverage and availability can vary.
Lower-Cost & Community-Based Care
Additional options for more affordable mental health care, including sliding-scale services, community clinics, training programs, and hospital-based programs. I’m more familiar with some of these resources than others, so it’s a good idea to ask about the specific provider’s experience, services, fees, and availability when getting connected.
