A consultation at WE Neuropsychology is a thoughtful and supportive starting point for anyone seeking clarity about cognitive, emotional, or behavioral concerns.

In this in-depth conversation, we take time to understand what brought you here, exploring current challenges as well as relevant aspects of your developmental, medical, and social history. Depending on your needs, we may also include a brief screening assessment.

While this session is often the first step in our assessment or coaching process, it can also be incredibly valuable on its own. If you're unsure whether a full evaluation is necessary, or if you're just beginning to explore your questions, this consultation offers a space to reflect, ask questions, and gain insight. Many find it reassuring to talk through their concerns with a knowledgeable and compassionate professional, and to walk away with a clearer sense of direction, regardless of whether further testing is pursued.

Our short-term coaching services are designed to offer compassionate support, practical guidance, and a sense of direction—especially during times of transition.

Together, we’ll focus on making sense of your experience and learning how to move forward in ways that feel doable and aligned with your goals. Sessions may include psychoeducation about your condition, evidence-based strategies for managing symptoms, and guidance on how to create supportive environments—both internally and externally. We’ll also explore real-life applications of therapeutic techniques and consider how lifestyle factors like sleep, nutrition, movement, and stress impact your cognitive and emotional health.

If you're seeking longer-term care, we can help connect you with the right providers—because feeling supported and understood shouldn’t have to wait. At its heart, this coaching is about connection: to your strengths, to your needs, and to the people and tools that can help you thrive.

Our coaching services are designed to build upon the insights gained through the evaluation process. For this reason, at this time, they are available exclusively to individuals who have completed an evaluation with us. This approach allows us to offer support that is deeply personalized and grounded in a clear understanding of each person’s needs; however, we do look forward to making this service available to a wider community in the future.
